Yoga is less about touching your toes, and more about the way there. Adults of all shapes, sizes, and abilities find home in our highly adaptable classes.

Youth and Teens
Stress, sleep issues, focus-challenges are just a few of the invitations for youth and teens to begin to adapt life skills for thriving in school, life, and competitive situations. For our younger set (ages 7-11), the Guided Growth Youth Yoga Series is offered in a 6 week themed series 5 times per year. For ages 12+, Teen Yoga and Long and Strong are held periodically in a series format.
Chair Yoga & Yoga for EveryBODY
Yoga for EveryBODY will have students who practice on their feet as well as some who work from chairs. Movements are simple, and props are many! Chair based classes also adapt to wheelchairs.
Yoga Therapeutics & Restorative
These classes are held once per week and led by a credentialed yoga-therapist. Strength and restorative versions are simple, well-adapted and propped, yet advanced in their meditative nature.
