Yoga

Yoga is less about touching your toes, and more about the way there.  Adults of all shapes, sizes, and abilities find home in our highly adaptable classes.  

Yoga is often thought of for flexibility (it does that) and sometimes for strength and balance (it does those too - quite well), but most practitioners of yoga will tell you that they come back for the benefits to their minds. Yoga is an ancient science whose benefits run deep and include mental calmness, reduced anxiety, trauma release, improved mood and sleep. The list is long!

Pilates

Pilates, in our opinion, is the sister movement science that keeps us stronger in our yoga practices. Both pilates and yoga are breath-centered movement practices. With pilates, our main focus is to help you feel stronger. Its benefits include strength and balance with a heavy dose of improved posture and confidence.

Chair Yoga & Yoga for EveryBODY

Yoga for EveryBODY will have students who practice on their feet as well as some who work from chairs.  Movements are simple, and props are many!  Chair based classes also adapt to wheelchairs.  

Yoga Therapeutics & Restorative

These classes are held once per week and led by a credentialed yoga-therapist.  Strength and restorative versions are simple, well-adapted and propped, yet advanced in their meditative nature.
