Our Team is comprised of  teachers of yoga, pilates, fitness, and corrective movement as well as bodywork professionals.  We are home to some of the most experienced Teachers in the Indianapolis Metro area, and some of the brightest young talent.  What they all have in common is heart.  A unique commitment to being the most authentic teachers of their craft, and continuing education.

Wendy Cooper is the owner of The Hub, and also of ProMotion Training Systems, Inc. - our parent company - that delivers corporate on-site wellness programming.

At present, Wendy leads our 200 hour Teacher Training Program from the same holistic perspective that drives both The Hub and ProMotion. The idea that Inclusion matters, community supports, and excellence prevails.

The depth of The Hub’s teacher training program is life changing for the students who enlist, and then for all who land in their care thereafter.

 

Ashley Zhang is an RYT-200, our studio manager, and our social media professional!

She’s the smiling face that greets you, responds to your inquiries, and makes it all happen behind the scenes as well!

Ashley’s classes are beautifully both soft and strong. Doable by most, and very easy to follow. Calming and balancing for body and mind.

Coach Arie - Ariela McKenzie - ryt-200, Holistic Nutrition

 

Coach Ariela McKenzie is our whole-hearted teacher. She moves from a perspective of heart centered movement, nutrition and mindfulness practices to help overcome self-doubt, self-sabotage while moving towards self acceptance.

Ariela’s classes are calming, do-able and still strong. Her coaching is supportive, open, and adaptable.

She’s not going to let you stray! But you won’t hear Arie barking commands at you either.

 

Nicole Dean is a certified Pilates Teacher specializing in deep core work and corrective movements.

Her uniquely grounded personality coupled with her background in Dance create an atmosphere of safety and confidence in her students.

NIcole’s classes are challenging and multidimensional. She can lead a beginner and an experienced practitioner with ease and skillful use of props.

If you are new to pilates or working with an injury, we recommend that you book a private session with Nicole prior to taking your first class.

We call Coach Chris Roche our Tribal Elder. Not only has he been teaching for almost 30 years, the wisdoms he drops amid humorous anecdotes in class almost always resonate for days to come.

Coach Chris holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, Cross Fit Level 3, MovNat Level 2, E-RYT 500 and a long list of additional credentials that really don’t matter.

What matters is that Chris makes sure you’re safe, and effectively challenged at the same time - as a rule!
