Intro to Yoga Series


Are you brand new to yoga or looking for a deeper understanding to what you experience in class? Join us for our 4-Week Intro to Yoga Series which will lay the groundwork for your practice. You’ll learn about the history of yoga, breathing techniques, and the meaning of those Sanskrit words you hear all the time.We’ll dive deeply into the key asanas (postures) that you encounter in most yoga classes. After this course, you’ll feel confident to explore your yoga in group classes and grow your practice.

This 4-week series will take place on Monday evenings from 5:45pm -6:45pm for 4 consecutive weeks beginning the first Monday of each month.

Investment: $65 includes 2 weeks of unlimited classes after session ends
